BTP Medidores y Accesorios S.A. was founded in 1979 by Talleres Andinos, a company specializing in the manufacture of valves and fittings. In 1994, the second generation consolidated the company as Barras, Tubos y Perfiles S.A., driving its growth with extrusion and casting processes. In 2006, it acquired Aquaforjas, giving rise to BTP Medidores y Accesorios S.A., strengthening its portfolio with water meters and accessories. In 2011, it obtained ISO 9001 certification, and in 2014, it accredited a meter calibration laboratory. In 2021 and 2023, it certified its products according to national and international regulations, guaranteeing quality and safety.
